Only one discount code can be applied at a time. Please note that discount codes are not valid for Sale items and Fine Jewelry collections.

We accept USD for our clients in the United States and EUR for clients in European Countries.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged during transit. Provide us with videos and pictures as evidence. We cannot accept returns if there are no issues with our products.

You can initiate a return online by sending the item back to us or visiting one of our physical stores.

Refunds will be automatically processed to the account used for your purchase within 15 days.
